The office is a shared office space with several other businesses.  Skin Deep Spa is a state of the art medical spa located in Brookfield, WI.  In addition to massage therapy, services include permanent makeup, micro-needling & fibroblast, Botox & fillers, lash extensions, thread lifts, facials & chemical peels, dermabration & dermaplaining, hair styling, waxing, and spray tanning.

We have 1 massage treatment room with a heated table that has a working load of 350 lbs.  Massages are scheduled back-to-back with only a 10-minute room turnover time.  Client promptness for their appointments  is appreciated. 

In addition to massages, the spa also has a red-light therapy table that clients can use before or after their massage.  Red-light therapy Treatments are 30-minutes long, and can be scheduled with Threasa. However payment is due to Skin Deep Spa NOT Bear's Heart Therapeutic Massage!

Threasa is the owner and founder of Bear's Heart Therapeutic Massage.   Threasa received her Associates of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy from Anthem College in Brookfield, WI in 2014, graduating Summa Cum Laude with 1475 hours of academic and clinical training.  She is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) as well as the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), and is licensed in the State of Wisconsin.  She has been in the equine industry for over 20 years, with an equine background that includes breeding, training, coaching, exhibiting, and management. Before choosing to become a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), she was a veterinary technician, zookeeper, Chronic Wasting Disease Technician with the Colorado Division of Wildlife, barn manager, breeding manager, and certified nurses assistant (CNA). She has worked in medicine for over 15 years, with exotic animals for 17 years, and with animals in general all her life. In short, her entire professional life has revolved around animals and medicine. 

In Wisconsin, massage licenses are only valid for 2 years requiring all massage therapists to take continuing education courses (24 credit hours total, including 2 credit hours in ethics), in addition to other renewal requirements, every 2 years.  It is during these continuing education courses that Threasa obtained her certifications for both equine massage and canine massage, as well as her Reiki certification.  Every new service that she adds is due to a continuing education course that was successfully completed.
