We accept cash, check, all credit cards, Health/Flex Savings Accounts, Venmo, and gift certificates. (scroll to the bottom of the page to purchase a gift certificate)

We currently do bill insurance companies as an out of network provider. Because we are out of network, there is no guarantee that your insurance will pay for your massage. If you would like us to bill your insurance, you MUST FIRST get a prescription from your primary doctor listing a specific diagnosis that you are being treated for, and that the diagnosis is being treated with massage therapy by a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST. Your NEXT step is to contact your insurance company to find out if they cover massage therapy AND if they cover massage therapy from an out of network provider. Your FINAL step is to have your insurance company approve your prescription from your primary doctor. Then and only then can you schedule a massage with me, ...and that's after I verify your insurance and find out what your copay is if you have not met your deductible for the year.

Currently Medicare and Badgercare do NOT pay for massage.

Payment Policies

Patients will be charged a $30 late fee for each default in which payment is rejected for any reason. This is to include credit/debit cards and/or checks.

Payment is due at the time of the massage appointment or is to be pre-paid at the time of scheduling.

Patients who miss/cancel an appointment without a minimum of a 24-hour notice will be charged a fee equal to that of the service they missed.

Refunds are not issued for any reason! All sales are final on gift certificates, pre-paid massages, etc. No exceptions will be made.
